Roofing done
properly.

Repairs, replacements, eavestroughs and chimney work across Oakville, Mississauga, Burlington, Milton and Toronto. Every job starts with a free inspection and a written quote.

Shingle Roofing

Architectural asphalt shingles are what most Ontario homes want: they handle freeze-thaw, they're repairable, and a good install lasts decades. We install the whole system, not just the top layer.

What's included

  • Full tear-off and deck inspection
  • Ice-and-water shield at eaves and valleys
  • Synthetic underlayment throughout
  • Ridge vent and intake ventilation checked

Roof Repairs

Most leaks are not a dead roof. They're failed flashing, a cracked boot, lifted shingles after a windstorm, or a valley that was never done properly. We find the actual source and fix that.

What's included

  • Leak tracing from roof and attic side
  • Flashing, valley and vent boot repair
  • Wind and hail damage repairs
  • Photo report of what was found and done

Full Roof Replacement

When the shingles are past it, replacing is cheaper than patching the same roof twice a year. Most residential replacements are finished in a day or two with the site cleaned before we leave.

What's included

  • Complete tear-off to the deck
  • Rotten sheathing replaced and priced up front
  • New underlayment, drip edge and flashing
  • Magnet sweep of driveway and lawn

New Roof Installation

Additions, garages, dormers and new builds. We work off the drawings, coordinate with your other trades, and make sure the new section ties into the existing roof watertight.

What's included

  • Deck and framing checked before install
  • Correct tie-ins to existing roof planes
  • Ventilation sized for the new space
  • Workmanship warranty in writing

Roof Maintenance

A yearly once-over catches the cheap problems before they become expensive ones. Sealant fails long before shingles do, and a $200 visit routinely saves a five-figure interior repair.

What's included

  • Sealant and flashing touch-up
  • Debris clearing from valleys and gutters
  • Vent, boot and skylight check
  • Written condition report with photos

Free Roof Inspections

Always free, no obligation, and no sales pitch attached. Joe walks the roof, looks in the attic, photographs anything of concern and tells you honestly how much life the roof has left.

What's included

  • Full roof surface and flashing review
  • Attic check for moisture and daylight
  • Photos of every issue found
  • Written quote only if work is needed

Gutters & Eavestroughs

Water that doesn't leave the roof properly ends up in the fascia, the soffit or the basement. Seamless aluminium eavestrough, sized and pitched to carry a real Ontario downpour.

What's included

  • Seamless aluminium, formed on site
  • Correct pitch and downspout placement
  • Fascia and soffit condition checked
  • Colour matched to your trim

Gutter Guards

If you're on a ladder twice a year clearing maple keys and leaves, guards pay for themselves quickly — and they keep the gutters flowing through the freeze-thaw that causes ice dams.

What's included

  • Mesh guards fitted to existing gutters
  • Full clean-out before installation
  • Downspouts flushed and tested
  • Works with most gutter profiles

Chimney Rebuilds & Repointing

Mortar joints fail long before the brick does. Once water is tracking down inside the chimney, it comes out at the ceiling. Repointing handles most of it; a full rebuild handles the rest.

What's included

  • Repointing of failed mortar joints
  • Rebuild above or below the roof line
  • New base flashing and counter-flashing
  • Crown repair or replacement

Aluminium Chimney Capping

Capping the crown and shoulders in aluminium is the cheapest way to stop a masonry chimney absorbing water. It's a one-day job and it buys years of life out of the brickwork.

What's included

  • Custom-bent aluminium cap
  • Sealed to the crown and flashing
  • Colour matched to trim or brick
  • Rain cap fitted where needed

Know what you're looking at

Signs your roof needs attention.

None of these mean you automatically need a new roof. They do mean it's worth having someone look before winter. The inspection is free either way.

Missing or curling shingles

Curled edges and bald patches mean the mat has dried out. Once the wind gets underneath, it takes more with it every storm.

Ceiling or wall stains

A brown ring on the ceiling is water that has already been in the structure for a while. It rarely appears directly under the leak.

Granules in the gutters

Those coarse grits are the shingle's UV protection. A gutter full of them means the surface is wearing out fast.

Ice dams along the eaves

Thick winter ice at the roof edge points to heat escaping through the attic, and it forces meltwater back up under the shingles.

Daylight in the attic

If you can see light through the roof deck on a sunny day, water is getting in too — even if you haven't seen a drip yet.
